Best for: Charting weekly progress toward a specific goal, keeping yourself accountable, making your growth visible, a "star chart" for children.

Location: Hang me wherever is most relevant to your stated goals. I'm great in an office, kitchen, den, dining room, hallway, home gym, bathroom, etc.

Care: Erase with a whiteboard eraser or cloth rag. Clean weekly or monthly with a whiteboard cleaner spray to avoid smudges. Isopropyl alcohol or a teaspoon of vinegar mixed in a cup of water works well too!
